TERMS OF SERVICE

Copyright• In case of commercial use, I ask that the commissioners put the credits somewhere on the platform where the commissions(emotes, stickers and others) will be used.• The commissioned art can be reposted as long as proper credit is given.• The use of my artwork for AIs and NFTs is prohibited.• I have full right to repost and use the commissions as examples for future commission sheets.• If the commissioner wants there to be a wait before publication (Surprises, gifts, among others) the reason must be presented beforehand as well as the time/date.Process & Payment• The time for making the commission will depend on the size of the queue, your commission will be made, but depending on the period it may take a certain time.• When the base is finished I will request an invoice of 50% of the commission amount as a guarantee by Paypal.• The commissioner can pay the commission up front if they want, leaving only one invoice for each art, but be aware of the information contained in the Refund.• After completion of the commission (design, animation, detailing, among others) and their agreement, the other half of the payment will be requested through an invoice.• I will send the files via email, defined by the customer.• If I forget any details, I will try to add to the final work or after without any additional charge.Refund• At the moment I do not make refunds with international currency(USD).• Refunds will not be made after payment of the first(50%) invoice, due to the work already done and the customer's agreement previously made, the previously shown part of the art will be sent (sketch, base and others).• The refund does not apply to a finished commission, this on the client's full agreement and payment.Contact| Email: [email protected]
